Centerless Grinding

Our Centerless Grinding Department consists of two machines to grind parts with a range from 0.025” to 4.00” in diameter. Blue Streak is also able to handle all types of materials and hold the finest cylindricity tolerances. The machines are set up to accommodate thru-feed bars up to 20' long and in-feed up to 8" long.

Surface Grinding

Rounding out the shop is a 16” rotary surface grinder, 48” lapmaster and one external thread grinder.

Thread Grinding

The thread machines produce standard threads, multiple-start threads and odd size threads with lengths up to 12".

Flat Lapping

Our Lapmaster 48 laps parts up to 18" diameter, made of various materials, with precision to .0002" flatness.
